Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using ZuraFX. By accessing or using our platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ZuraFX.

1. The Service

ZuraFX provides an AI-powered trading platform that connects to third-party brokers, analyses market data, and executes or suggests trades through automated AI agents. ZuraFX is a technology platform — we are not a regulated financial advisor, broker, or fund manager. All trading decisions and their consequences are ultimately your responsibility.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use ZuraFX.
  • You must not be resident in a jurisdiction where algorithmic trading is prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ZuraFX complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zurafx.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers on annual plans are unaffected until renewal.
  • Free trials (where offered) automatically convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Broker Connections

ZuraFX connects to brokers using API credentials you provide. You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your broker API keys have appropriate permissions
  • Complying with your broker's terms of service
  • Setting appropriate risk limits within your broker account
  • Monitoring AI agent activity and intervening when necessary

ZuraFX is not liable for losses arising from broker outages, API rate limits, or order rejections.

6. AI Agents — Important Limitations

Our AI agents analyse markets and execute trades based on algorithmic models. You acknowledge that:

  • Past performance of AI agents does not guarantee future results
  • AI systems can malfunction, produce incorrect signals, or behave unexpectedly in extreme market conditions
  • You should always set stop-losses and maximum drawdown limits in your broker account
  • ZuraFX does not guarantee any level of profit or protection against loss
  • You should never invest more than you can afford to lose

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use ZuraFX to engage in market manipulation or any illegal trading activity
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse our API
  • Resell or sublicense access to ZuraFX without written authorisation

8. Intellectual Property

All platform code, AI models, design, branding, and content are the exclusive property of ZuraFX and its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal or business trading purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZuraFX and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or data loss arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the platform
  • AI agent errors or incorrect signals
  • Broker connectivity issues
  • Market volatility or black-swan events

Our total aggregate liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees during that month.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ZuraFX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email.
