Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with ZuraFX. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for subscription payments.

1. Free Trial

All new ZuraFX accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will only be charged if you choose to continue using ZuraFX after your trial period ends. We recommend using the trial period to thoroughly evaluate the platform before committing.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period. If you cancel during a billing period:

  • You retain access to ZuraFX until the end of the current paid period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current month
  • Your subscription will not renew for the following month

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. If you cancel an annual subscription:

  • Within the first 30 days of purchase: you are eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction fees charged by Stripe
  • After 30 days: no refund is issued. You retain access until the end of your annual period

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
  • You were charged for a renewal after cancelling your subscription (contact us within 7 days)
  • The ZuraFX platform experienced critical downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours during a paid period (pro-rata credit issued)

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Trading losses incurred while using ZuraFX — the platform provides tools, not guaranteed outcomes
  • Dissatisfaction with AI agent performance — we encourage use of the free trial to assess fit
  • Inability to connect a specific broker not officially supported
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@zurafx.com with:

  • The email address associated with your ZuraFX account
  • Your subscription plan and billing date
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, your account will be suspended immediately. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and quickly.
